Common questions

How do I share the log with my partner or another caregiver?

Tap the share button at the top right of the home screen and send the invitation. The person you invite sees and adds to the same log, and never has to pay. Sharing uses iCloud, so both of you need to be signed in to iCloud.

How do I add the widgets?

Home Screen: press and hold an empty spot, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and choose Baby Bottl. Lock Screen: press and hold, tap Customize, then tap the row under the clock. Widgets are part of the one-time unlock.

What does the one-time unlock include?

Tracking bottles and diapers, adding entries by hand, history and daily totals are always free, and so is joining a log that someone shares with you. The one-time unlock adds starting a shared log and the Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets. It is a single purchase with no subscription, and it works with Family Sharing.

I bought the unlock on another device. How do I get it back?

Open the unlock screen and tap Restore Purchase. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy it.

Can I edit or delete an entry?

Entries can't be edited. Swipe an entry to the left to delete it, then add it again with the right time or amount. Right after you add one, you can also tap Undo.

How do I switch between ounces and milliliters?

Use the units menu at the top of the home screen. It starts with the right choice for your region.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
